11. Children's Privacy

The 7s.com platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 21, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 7s.com does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 21 years of age.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without verifiable parental or guardian consent (where applicable), we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on 7s.com, please notify us immediately via our support channel.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of the third-party service providers engaged by 7s.com — including game content providers, KYC service providers, and cloud infrastructure providers — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide a comparable level of data protection to the Philippines, 7s.com ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with NPC standards.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an on-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect, where practicable.

Continued use of the 7s.com platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The current effective date of this Policy is displayed at the top of this page.
